In Video 2, Eric explored the possibility that some of the feelings we experience may be responses to information around us.

Now we’re going to look more closely at the relationship between you and your environment.

The spaces you spend time in may be affecting you.

But you may also be affecting them.

In this video, Eric explores the relationship between people and the spaces they live and work in.

How your body can respond differently as you move between environments

Someone else’s home.

Perhaps even a café, shop or other familiar place.
